Join us on Thursday, 29th January 2026, for our first Careers & Connections event of the year — New Year, New Goals — an morning designed to help professionals set meaningful objectives, gain inspiration from peers, and start 2026 with clarity and confidence.

This engaging morning session combines an interactive workshop with relaxed networking opportunities, bringing together professionals from across the research and insights community to connect, share ideas, and kick-start the year with purpose.

Visioning Your Year Ahead: Goal Setting with Coach + Strategist Alaina Crystal

Wanting to start 2026 off on the right foot? Join accredited coach and creative strategist Alaina Crystal as she walks you through her reflective goal setting process. With accompanying visualisations, worksheets and peer coaching, you’ll leave this session with a sense of your values and vision for the year ahead, and a record that you can come back to again and again throughout 2026.

Networking Reception

After the session, enjoy an informal networking reception with drinks and light breakfast bites. Meet new peers, reconnect with colleagues, and continue the conversation in a relaxed, social setting.

This is a small, intimate event to keep the workshop experience personal and seamless. Tickets are limited, so book early to avoid missing out!
